Account Executive (Dublin, IE)

Position Overview

Nexus Direct is a place where really smart, fun, and passionate people gather to do their best work helping nonprofits achieve their fundraising goals. We are looking for a like-minded and high-energy Account Executive.

The AE is a critical part within the Nexus Direct team as you’ll be responsible for driving and coordinating projects for our European clients as well as supporting their strategy. As an AE, you’ll also often be the first line of response for clients, but also team members and other stakeholders involved in your projects.

Position Overview

We are seeking a Copywriter to join our team! You should be someone who is experienced in using the written word to compel action, someone who wants to play a key role on our team, and someone who has the desire to do good in this world!

Our ideal new team member would have 3+ years of experience in copywriting and some experience writing for nonprofit organizations, specifically in fundraising, with an understanding of the marketing techniques commonly used to motivate action in the reader through both traditional and digital media.

Direct Mail Print Buyer

Position Overview

The Direct Mail Print Buyer is responsible for developing strong vendor relationships and managing the purchasing of direct mail materials for Nexus Direct and its clients. The Direct Mail Print Buyer is also responsible for meeting purchasing objectives, negotiating best costs, seeking cost savings opportunities, planning and managing the print production for every direct marketing project. Industry knowledge of direct mail print is a must. Additional lettershop experience is preferred. This position requires high energy, assertiveness, creative problem solving, good judgment and initiative.

This individual will work closely with members outside the production department, such as Account Services, Creative, and Quality Assurance.

Graphic Designer

Position Overview

We are looking for an innovative, detail-oriented self-starter with proven abilities to conceptualize, design and execute for both print and online projects — plus have experience in pre-flighting files for commercial printing. Candidate must have a strong command of typography and layout, be able to produce accurate work on tight schedules, and be comfortable multitasking.

Project Coordinator

Position Overview

The Project Coordinator is a role within the Client Services Team, and requires a highly organized and detailed individual with a proven ability to process work accurately and efficiently. In order to do so, the Coordinator must have strong interpersonal, written, and verbal skills to communicate effectively in a fast-paced environment.

Project management is a key skill that is necessary for the Coordinator to be successful. The Coordinator must be a self-starter in all aspects of the position and will be responsible for managing project schedules, routing campaign elements between departments, and keeping campaign-specific documents up to date, among other tasks.
