A close-knit group of bold, dedicated, and innovative thinkers, who care deeply about our clients’ missions, each other, and the nonprofit industry we serve.
Yep. We coined a term to describe ourselves, because we couldn’t find a suitable identifier for such a unique team of people. We are passionate about results and strongly believe that the best outcomes arise when we empower each other and create an environment where we can succeed. We place a high value on training opportunities, brainstorming time, professional development, and community service. Since our founding in 2004, we have sponsored over 100 service projects, making our team extremely proud of their contribution to our community.

While we Nexies pride ourselves on the work we do, our company-sponsored annual events are all about having fun, while enjoying friendly competition. From our perennial favorite, “the Grilled Cheese Cook-off” to our Halloween costume and Ugly Christmas Sweater competitions, to debating if Converse Sneakers are superior to Vans, we enjoy each other’s company, and the environment we have created together.
