The Marketing Coordinator will join the marketing department to support the company’s marketing initiatives and events. This will include assisting with a variety of projects including conference schedules and logistics, event schedules and logistics, speaking engagement deadlines, email campaigns, social media, and internal marketing materials and collateral. This position requires a high level of organization, strong communication skills, extreme attention to detail, solid computer skills, and the desire to grow within the marketing environment.
Responsibilities:
Maintain all marketing department schedules and ensure deadlines are met.
Manage all Social Media ~ LI, FB, Twitter and IG. Research appropriate posting days and items, write posts, collect images and keep social calendar up to date.
Manage and report on Social Media analytics.
Manage Marketing Budget and report on it monthly.
Coordinate logistics for conferences and speaking engagements.
Work with internal production department on all printed and promotional materials required for marketing.
Assist with events and conferences, as needed.
Manage updating of conference schedule, marketing budget (actuals), speaking calendar, and awards calendar.
Data entry of sales leads from websites, conferences, and other lead-generating activities into HubSpot as required.
Internal routing of marketing materials between Creative and Quality Assurance departments.
Supporting senior and executive-level management on an ad hoc basis with special project execution.
Requirements:
Bachelor’s degree in Business, Communications, or Marketing preferred.
1+ years project coordination, traffic, or project management experience.
Hoot Suite experience a bonus.
Mac OSX and Microsoft Office applications.
Assets:

Ability to interact with internal peers and executive-level management.
Ability to prioritize assignments to anticipate and meet multiple deadlines.
Extremely detailed and proactive self-starter with disciplined workflow practices.
